PRE ORDER INFO
For any purchases after the first 150 units, the Hafu Hoodie is a pre-order, this means your item will be produced and shipped after your order is placed. We will do our best to make sure the hoodies are sent out asap (5-6 weeks estimated, we will keep you updated!)

CUSTOMS
We cannot guarantee the price of customs or how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel is returned to us and you will be contacted, if you decide not to reship the product, it will be processed as a return.
If you would like it to be redelivered, customers are responsible for any additional charges.
SHIPPING
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or update the shipping address under any circumstances. We are only responsible for delivering to the address provided at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We sincerely hope that you love your HAFU products and as of now, we currently do not have the capabilities to support refunds / returns.
Pre Order Note: Once you have ordered the HAFU Hoodie, please do not cancel your order as we are making it based on how many hoodies have been ordered.
We will need to receive the product in its original condition (unopened), if there is evidence that the package has been opened, modified or used when we receive it, we will not issue a refund. The only time we will process it is if the package does not arrive to you or if customs sends back the package, in which case we will contact you.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
